PAL Autosampler Exchange Program

The BGB InstrumentCare Exchange Program provides rapid replacement solutions for all generations of CTC Analytics™ PAL autosamplers, including legacy PAL / CombiPAL, PAL-xt, and PAL3 RSI/RTC systems as well as OEM-branded PAL units from Agilent, Gerstel, Shimadzu, Thermo, LECO and others.
When a critical PAL module fails, downtime becomes expensive. Our exchange service ensures your laboratory stays operational with certified pre-owned or brand-new OEM components, shipped quickly and supported by PAL specialists.
1. Tell Us What You Need
Provide the PAL module, head, board or accessory that requires replacement. We support every PAL generation and configuration.
2. Receive a Replacement
We ship a certified pre-owned or brand-new OEM replacement — typically within 48 hours.
3. Return the Old Part
After installation, return the defective component using the included return label. We manage refurbishment, recycling or disposal.
